One Harrison Luxury Rental Development Opens its Doors

The development team of Hornrock Properties of Park Ridge, NJ and Livingston, NJ-based BNE Real Estate Group recently held a ribbon cutting for the five-story development located at 1 Harrison Ave.

A host of town leaders and representatives of the developers BNE Real Estate Group and Hornrock Properties were on hand for a recent ribbon cutting for the 252-unit luxury project.

HARRISON, NJ—Construction has been completed on the 257-unit One Harrison luxury rental property here.

The development team of Hornrock Properties of Park Ridge, NJ and Livingston, NJ-based BNE Real Estate Group recently held a ribbon cutting for the five-story development located at 1 Harrison Ave.

Harrison Mayor James A. Fife joined officials from BNE Real Estate Group and Hornrock Properties on June 20th for the official grand opening for the property located along the Harrison waterfront.
