1775 Tysons Boulevard

WASHINGTON DC– Lerner Enterprises has announced four new lease transactions in the Washington DC metropolitan area, including a 61,525-square foot expansion with WeWork.

WeWork is expanding its footprint at 1775 Tysons Blvd. at Tysons II in Virginia. The coworking space and services company will occupy the 11th and 12th floors of the building, adding the 61,525-square-foot space to its additional 425 locations around the world. WeWork has occupied 92,500 square feet on the LEED Platinum building’s fourth, fifth and sixth floors since 2016, which marked the company’s entrance into the Tysons market. The transaction brings the 17-story building to 100% occupancy. JLL’s Brian Tucker and John Dragelin represented Lerner in the transaction.
