A triple-net office and retail building in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles has traded hands for $634 per square foot. The sales price is the one of the highest per-square foot prices paid for a commercial property in the neighborhood.

The two buildings are located at 5532 and 5526 North Figueroa Street and total 9,101 square feet. The recently improved creative office space on the second floor features exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors, and abundant glass and natural light throughout.

JLL's Dana Brody and Nicole Mihalka represented the seller. Aram Pogosian of Industry Partners represented the buyer.
