Canadian developerAstéras is nearing completion of Astéras Kings, aboutique residential community in West Hollywood. The developer isset to launch leasing efforts this fall.

Astéras Kings will feature 25 residences with one- andtwo-bedroom floor plans. The developer is calling the property thefirst of its kind in Los Angeles and says the design is akin tomansion-style living.

Amenities include a third-floor rooftop with a covered outdoorlounge, a sundeck with a heated spa pool and daybeds, astate-of-the-art fitness studio that opens onto an enclosed yogaterrace and a private theater room equipped with a high-definition4K projection display and surround sound ATMOS speaker system.
