Commercial real estate technology venture capital dollar volume increased again in June. According to the latest CRE Tech report, venture capital dollar volume hit $1.1 billion in June, a year-over-year increase of 69%. It was the fourth consecutive month that investment surpassed $1 billion.

Deal volume was also strong for the month. In June, 43 companies received venture funding, a 95.5% increase month-over-month, and a 22.9% increase in deal volume year-over-year.

These are new records for tech investment in commercial real estate.
