Tri-Branded Hotel Concept Finds DFW Airport a Viable Site

IRVING, TX—EVEN, Staybridge Suites and Avid will join Avion Business Park near the DFW International Airport. The new building will house all three brand concepts under the same roof.
The 320-room hotel campus is located outside of the airport’s north entrance off State Highway 114 between Esters Road and Freeport Parkway. A tri-branded offering, each offers a unique experience tailored to distinct travelers.
The 110-room EVEN brand features wellness. The 115-room Staybridge Suites is in the extended stay segment. The 95-room Avid is Intercontinental Hotel Group’s newest brand.
Construction on the hotel is planned to commence in first quarter 2020 with completion slated for fourth quarter 2021, according to builder KDC. Civitas Capital Group is developing the hotel.
