CHICAGO, IL—Software-as-a-Service provider rSquared CRE recentlyannounced its official launch. The company will focus on developingcloud software solutions that fill the unmet demands within the CREspace.

According to Sal Caldarone, CEO of rSquared, some of the unmetdemands in the CRE industry include the need for greater datatransparency, outdated technology solutions, and reliably accuratedata.

Greater Data Transparency

“There's currently a degree of secretiveness around data in theindustry, as well as a lack of data sharing in general. There'salso a lot of uncertainty surrounding data—legitimate questionsabout the source and accuracy,” Calderone tells GlobeSt.com. “Inmany cases, the formulas used to generate numbers are obscured,making it difficult to know how the figures are derived.”
