Williams Moves from CBRE to Walker & Dunlop in Central Florida

Williams joins Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales after having previously served as a SVP with CBRE's Tampa multi-housing group. Earlier in his career, he was a director of real estate investments at Camden Property Trust.

TAMPA, FL—Bethesda, MD-based commercial real estate finance firm Walker & Dunlop reports it has bolstered its Central Florida sales team with the addition of industry veteran Sean Williams.

Williams joins Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales after having previously served as a SVP with CBRE’s Tampa multi-housing group. Earlier in his career, he was a director of real estate investments at Camden Property Trust.

He is now part of the Walker & Dunlop’s Central Florida team along with Brian Moulder, Dhaval Patel and Chris Chadbourne and is responsible for originating and executing on multifamily property sales for institutional and private clients throughout the region. He holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida,

Last month, Walker & Dunlop represented Carter-Haston Real Estate Services, a Nashville-based private fund and property management firm, in the $63.45-million sale of the 300-unit Legacy on the Bay multifamily community in Destin, FL to Passco.

In another Florida deal in June, Walker & Dunlop arranged $121.3 million in construction financing for Plantation Walk, a master-planned development in the heart of Plantation, FL.
