NEW YORK – The Content Funnel has acquired ATYPICAL, acommercial real estate marketing agency. The combined division willbe rebranded under ATYPICAL's name.

The transaction creates a new commercial real estatefull-service marketing agency with offices in New York, New Jerseyand South Africa. The rebranded agency will offer services in salesmarketing strategies, creative writing, creative design, socialmedia, paid media, influencer marketing, animation andcampaigns.

Agency operations will be managed by new division co-presidents,Sarah Malcom, former COO of The Content Funnel, and Mark Kalkwarf,ATYPICAL founder. The Content Funnel and ATYPICAL first partneredtogether in 2018.

The Content Funnel is a content marketing platform for thecommercial real estate industry. Founded in 2016, the platform isowned by The News Funnel, a digital media company.

ATYPICAL, founded in 2018, is a commercial real estate salesmarketing agency that offers digital solutions and services.
