Omega Cinema Props, a prop house, has leased a multi-story 250,000-square-foot industrial facility in Downtown Los Angeles from Rexford Industrial. The 10-year lease transaction is valued at $27 million. Omega will relocate from their current Hollywood facility into the new DTLA property in December.

Located at 1515 E. 15th Street, the industrial property is three stories with basement parking. It features 10 dock high doors and full HVAC for the first and second floors.

Christopher McKenzie, VP at Delphi Business Properties, Inc., exclusively represented Omega in the lease transaction.
