Omega Cinema Props, a prop house, has leased amulti-story 250,000-square-foot industrial facility in Downtown LosAngeles from Rexford Industrial. The 10-year leasetransaction is valued at $27 million. Omega will relocate fromtheir current Hollywood facility into the new DTLA property inDecember.

Located at 1515 E. 15th Street, the industrial property is threestories with basement parking. It features 10 dock high doors andfull HVAC for the first and second floors.
