Mark IV Capital hasacquired Crossroads Commerce Center, an industrial and commercialmixed-use property in Fernley, Nevada. The property is a 4,300-acrepiece of land in an opportunity zone. Mark IV is planning what ishas called a “transformational” master planned development, whichhas been rebranded as Victory Logistics District.

Mark IV purchased the property in partnership with Heath Rushingof New Nevada Resources. The investors will transform the propertyinto a class-A distribution, manufacturing and commercialcenter.

Brett Edwards and Rex Masseyof CBRE represented the buyers in the transaction.Ross Pfautz, VP of development and assetmanagement, at Mark IV will oversee the transaction.
