Colony Capital hassold a four-property industrial portfolio for $105 million toLincoln Property Co. The portfolio is located inthe Inland Empire West. It was marketed individually, but due tothe strength of the market and individual assets, sold to onebuyer.

The four properties are located at 11600 Millennium Court inRancho Cucamonga; 8250 Milliken Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga; 4850East Airport Drive in Ontario, and 9160 Buffalo Avenue in RanchoCucamonga. Together, the four properties total 745,580 square feetand are 100% leased to five tenants, including XT, Green, CarpenterTechnology Corp., Pinole Valley Trucking, THMX Holdings and ConAgraFoods.

Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier,Brett Hartzell, RebeccaPerlmutter, Eric Cox, LenSantoro, David Consani and JimKoenig of CBRE represented the seller inthe deal. The buyer represented itself.
