Colony Capital Sheds Inland Empire Portfolio

The four asset industrial portfolio trades hands for $105 million to Lincoln Property Co.

Colony Capital has sold a four-property industrial portfolio for $105 million to Lincoln Property Co. The portfolio is located in the Inland Empire West. It was marketed individually, but due to the strength of the market and individual assets, sold to one buyer.

The four properties are located at 11600 Millennium Court in Rancho Cucamonga; 8250 Milliken Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga; 4850 East Airport Drive in Ontario, and 9160 Buffalo Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. Together, the four properties total 745,580 square feet and are 100% leased to five tenants, including XT, Green, Carpenter Technology Corp., Pinole Valley Trucking, THMX Holdings and ConAgra Foods.

Darla Longo, Barbara Perrier, Brett Hartzell, Rebecca Perlmutter, Eric Cox, Len Santoro, David Consani and Jim Koenig of CBRE represented the seller in the deal. The buyer represented itself.
