A 9.87-acre site that theMarch Air Reserve in the Inland Empire has traded hands betweenCircle Development and the CarsonCos. The buyer plans to develop 210,000-square-footindustrial facility at the site, which will start construction thismonth.

The development site is fully entitled for the210,000-square-foot industrial warehouse. The project is scheduledto deliver in mid 2020. It will feature 32-foot minimum warehouseclear height, 34 dock high doors, 2000 amps of power, ESFRsprinkler system, 7-foot slab and LED warehouse lighting.

NKF executive managing directors RonWashle and Mark Kegans and managingdirector Dean Washle along with CBRE'sDarla Longo and Barbara Perrierrepresented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.
