Air Reserve Base Trades Hands in IE

An industrial development is planned for the 10-acre site at the March Air Reserve Base in the Inland Empire.

A 9.87-acre site that the March Air Reserve in the Inland Empire has traded hands between Circle Development and the Carson Cos. The buyer plans to develop 210,000-square-foot industrial facility at the site, which will start construction this month.

The development site is fully entitled for the 210,000-square-foot industrial warehouse. The project is scheduled to deliver in mid 2020. It will feature 32-foot minimum warehouse clear height, 34 dock high doors, 2000 amps of power, ESFR sprinkler system, 7-foot slab and LED warehouse lighting.

NKF executive managing directors Ron Washle and Mark Kegans and managing director Dean Washle along with CBRE’s Darla Longo and Barbara Perrier represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.
