At 6.33 acres, the former world headquarters for American Airlines and American Airlines Federal Credit Union provides investors with a rare opportunity to redevelop the campus into perhaps a headquarters.

FORT WORTH—With approximately 6.33 acres of raw land, the former world headquarters for American Airlines Inc. and American Airlines Federal Credit Union provides investors with a rare opportunity to redevelop a class-A office campus into a new headquarters facility or creative office campus. The campus consists of buildings dating back to 1988 and 1990.

Transwestern Commercial Services has been retained to sell the three-building 1.39 million-square-foot office campus. Transwestern managing director Mike Hardage is overseeing the disposition strategy for the property.
