CEDAR KNOLLS, NJ—The ownership of 45 Horsehill Road, now named the Morristown North Commerce Center here, has retained Transwestern Commercial Services of Florham Park, NJ to lease the 146,175-square-foot multi-tenant industrial flex property.

The Transwestern agency leasing team of managing directors Lori Zuck and Jeffrey Furey and associate broker Matthew McHale are leasing the property on behalf of the landlord.

Current tenants at the property include Niagara, QPharma, Promethod Sports and Fitness, General Electric Company, Niche Inc. and Myos Corp.

The property includes an on-site fitness center and is equipped with 20- to 24-foot ceiling heights, 19 loading docks, a 120-foot truck court and parking.
