POMPANO BEACH, FL—In another clear sign of the strong SouthFlorida industrial market, a total of 132,798 square feet of leasedeals have brought the new Pompano Center of Commerce II warehouseand distribution center here to full occupancy.

Cushman & Wakefield reported six recent lease deals at the318,062-square-foot complex, developed by Butters Construction& Development in Broward County, which consists of threebuildings (Six, Seven and Eight).
