River Point Industrial ParkRendering in Emerson, GA
ATLANTA – Black Creek Group has acquired 53 acres of land inEmerson, Georgia, with plans to develop a three-building Class Aindustrial park.
The 777,000-square foot park located in the I-75 Northwestsubmarket of Atlanta will be titled River Point. The developmentplans to accommodate multiple tenants, offering spaces ranging from40,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet. Construction on the siteis expected to commence on all three buildings in the fourthquarter of 2019.
