An office building adjacentto Cedars-Sinai has traded hands for $7.2 million between twoprivate investors. The 5,100-square-foot property currently hasmixed tenancy with office, medical and retail; however, the newownership plans to use the property for medical office.
Located at 8741 Alden, the property is a stand-alone bow-trussbuilding originally built in 1947.
NKF's senior managing directors StevenSalas and Daniel Chiprut represented theseller, a local family office, in the deal.
