MONTVILLE, NJ— Fujitsu General America, Inc. has signed a32,000-square-foot lease at 340 Changebridge Road in Montville andwill relocate its operations currently housed in Fairfield, NJ tothe property early next year.
The international cooling and heating solutions firm will shiftits US headquarters from 353 Route 46 West Fairfield, NJ. Cushman& Wakefield's Ben Brenner represented the Fujitsu Generalglobal subsidiary in its site search and lease negotiation withCushman & Wakefield's MariaGrace Iantosca. He says therelocation from Fairfield marks a notable “flight to quality” movefor Fujitsu General America.
