SAN FRANCISCO—Levi Strauss & Co.'s nine-buildingheadquarters has been sold to Atlanta-based developer Jamestown. Apartnership including developer Gerson Bakar and Associates soldthe complex for an undisclosed price although it is believed to bemore than $800 million.

The 930,000-square-foot complex is located at 1155 Battery St.and is 99% leased to Levi Strauss until 2022. The newly publiclytraded firm has occupied the space since it was constructed in1982.
