The $500 million home community The Malibu Series has opened. The property is a collection of 13 ultra-luxury for-sale homes in Malibu. Two homes are already under contract.

The collection of homes was developed and designed by Unvarnished, and it is the first time the homes have been marketed together. The collection includes The New Castle, The Case Residences, Malibu Road Beach House, Paradise Cove House, The Point Dume Compound and The Who Homes.

Douglas Elliman broker Tracy Tutor is exclusively marketing the home collection.
