Cazador Investments has acquired Vista de Helix, a 28-unit value-add property in Spring Valley of San Diego, in an off-market transaction. The property offers significant upside through renovations to interior units and common areas.

The property was built in 1980 and has not traded hands in 20 years. It has two-bedroom apartment units with patios or balconies and a parking lot, onsite laundry facilities and pool area.

Cazador began investing in San Diego in 2012 and currently owns 100 units in the market.
