Shopoff Realty Investments has sold the apartment development phase of the Anaheim Packing District Area Project to Anton Development. The 5.47-acre property entitled for a 314-unit apartment development.

Shopoff purchased the property in 2017 in partnership with Argosy Real Estate Partners. The acquisition included two industrial-zoned land parcels comprised of 20.47 acres that held existing structures totaling 356,187 square feet. Shopoff also entitled the property for 232 attached and detached for-sale single-family homes, and sold that portion of the property in 2018.

The property is located at 901 E. South Street in the City of Anaheim.
