LEWISVILLE, TX—Offices at The Realm is bringing co-working space provider Venture X to the rapidly growing Castle Hills area. Venture X’s 30,000-square-foot space encompasses the entire third floor and will feature workspaces, amenities and a variety of work-style options including open community work areas, shared desks, private offices and conference room access.
Offices at The Realm is a nine-story class-A office building consisting of 235,000 square feet of office space and an additional 16,000 square feet of first-floor restaurant space. The building is located at State Highway 121/Sam Rayburn Tollway and Josey Lane. Developer Bright Realty is also relocating its headquarters to Offices at The Realm in October 2019.
