Allen Matkins L.A. Names New Partner

Mark Nicoletti has joined Allen Matkins’ Los Angeles office as a real estate partner.

Mark Nicoletti has joined Allen Matkins’ Los Angeles office as a real estate partner. He represents the full spectrum of real estate clients, from real estate funds and individual investors to developers and both institutional and non-institutional lenders in all areas of transactional real estate and real estate finance.

Nicoletti has previously worked as a certified public accountant, which the firm says provided experience, appreciation and understanding of how to efficiently get deals done.

He holds a juris doctorate from the University of Florida School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
