Legacy Partners has broken ground on Legacy at Fitz, a 363-unit apartment community in Aurora, Colorado. The project is the first large-scale opportunity zone project to break ground in the Denver area.

Legacy at Fitz is located at 1363 N. Victor Street, and will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as 497 parking spots. The building will also include a clubhouse, fitness center, yoga studio, making room, a fifth level observation deck, and two courtyards with a pool, outdoor kitchens and fire pits.

Griffin Capital provided the equity financing for the project.
