A private developer operating as St. Andrews Place has secured construction financing for a new apartment build in Koreatown. The developer secured $15.9 million for the project through Parkview Financial.
The project is six stories tall with 65 units. It is located on a .34-acre site at 719 St. Andrews Place, and features 51 studios and 14 one-bedroom floor plans with an average size of 451 square feet. Seven units are designated as affordable units.
It is scheduled to deliver in May 2021.
