NEW YORK – The New York Times Company has signed a lease at Court Square Place in Long Island City. JRT Realty Group has announced that the company will occupy the entire 9th, 10th and 11th floors of 57,846 rentable square feet over a 15-year term.

A LEED Gold Certified building, Court Square Place is located in Long Island City’s business district at 24-01 44th Road. Directly adjacent to the Court Square and Queensboro Plaza stations, the property has access to the 7, G, E, M, N, W and R subways and is accessible from Manhattan and Brooklyn. The new lease encompassing three full floors brings Court Square Place to 100% occupancy.
