The New York Times Signs LIC Lease

NEW YORK – The New York Times Company has signed a lease at Court Square Place in Long Island City. JRT Realty Group has announced that the company will occupy the entire 9^th, 10^th and 11^th floors of 57,846 rentable square feet over a 15-year term.

A LEED Gold Certified building, Court Square Place is located in Long Island City’s business district at 24-01 44^th Road. Directly adjacent to the Court Square and Queensboro Plaza stations, the property has access to the 7, G, E, M, N, W and R subways and is accessible from Manhattan and Brooklyn. The new lease encompassing three full floors brings Court Square Place to 100% occupancy.
