Marwest Enterpriseshas announced plans to build a new major industrial facility inWest Phoenix. The developer has partnered with an unnamedinstitutional partner to build a three-building industrial facilitytotaling 720,000 square feet. The project will cost $53million.

Known as Logic Park 91, the development sits on 44 acres. Thebuildings will range in size from 230,000 square feet to more than250,000 square feet of leasable space and will be deliveredsimultaneously to meet the market’s significant demand. The projectwas designed to provide tenants with a diverse range of spacingoptions, devisable down to 20,000 SF, as well as single buildingidentity. It will deliver in the second quarter of 2020.

Alliance Bank of Arizona provided theconstruction financing.
