Arroyo EnergyInvestors is moving from The Woodlands to the fourth floor ofCityPlace 1.
SPRING, TX—The first office lease at CityPlace 1 at SpringwoodsVillage has been inked with Arroyo Energy Investors, according to ajoint venture among Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate and CDCHouston. Located at 1700 City Plaza Dr., CityPlace 1 is the firstmulti-tenant office building constructed in CityPlace atSpringwoods Village, and totals 149,500 square feet.
Arroyo Energy Investors is moving from its office in TheWoodlands and will occupy 9,426 square feet on the fourth floor ofCityPlace 1, which will include 122,500 square feet of office spaceand 27,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
