Erik Binkowski
WASHINGTON, DC—Colliers International has recruited Erik Binkowski to join the company as senior vice president. He will be based in Colliers’ Northern Virginia office.
Binkowski joins Colliers from Marcus & Millichap, where he was a senior debt professional leading the Institutional Property Advisors venture. Binkowski was also as a vice president at CBRE and held the position of managing director at Savills Studley prior to that. Binkowski has also worked at Goldman Sachs, The Carlyle Group, and HFF.
The common denominator in his career was helping clients build their businesses through a number of ways: by leading equity raises, sourcing corporate debt, developing strategic partnerships and assisting developers position large-scale projects in a changing financial market.
