Phoenix Data Center Trades for $72M

Lincoln Rackhouse and Principal Real Estate Investors have sold a 191,000-square-foot data center, 100% leased to a global data center services provider.

A partnership between Lincoln Rackhouse and Principal Real Estate Investors has sold a 191,000-square-foot data center in the Phoenix area for $72.75. Lincoln Rackhouse, a division of Lincoln Property Co., and Principal Real Estate Investors purchased the data center in 2018 as part of a three-property portfolio.

Located at 2500 W. Frye Road in Chandler, Arizona, the property is fully leased to a global data services provider.
