MCA Buys Rare Multi-Tenant Industrial in Las Vegas

The investor buys a 350,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial complex near the Las Vegas Strip.

MCA Realty has acquired Equus Business Center, a 357,000-square-foot multi-tenant industrial property in Las Vegas for $42 million. The property is a rare opportunity to own a sizable multi-tenant property, which are now rarely built in the market.

Located near the Las Vegas Strip, the facility has seven buildings and is 89% leased to 170 tenants. It will be rebranded as Central Seven Commerce Center.
