BERNARDSVILLE, NJ— Decile.Ten Communications has decided to retain its office space at 150 Morristown Road and has signed a lease extension with building owner Denholtz Properties.

The lease extension transaction comes after Denholtz Properties completed last year a $500,000 capital improvement project at the two-story, 54,599-square-foot Class-A office building. The improvement project included significant upgrades to the lobby, including the addition of a media wall, new healthy vending options, new lighting, new contemporary furniture and fixtures, new flooring, upgraded HVAC, and replacement of the existing walkway. A new café/lounge seating area was also added to create an open communal space that allows tenants to grab a healthy snack, unwind, or catch up on the news, the Red Bank, NJ-based development firm states.

In addition to its new features, the building boasts flexible units ranging from 800 square feet to 6,000 square feet and is located minutes from downtown Bernardsville and six miles from downtown Morristown. The location offers immediate access to Route 202 and easy access to Routes 24 and 206 and I-78 and I-80. The building’s proximity to several leading New Jersey pharmaceutical companies continues to make it an ideal fit for Decile.Ten Communications, a boutique medical communications company with clients across the United States.
