Irvine, CAThe Irvine Co. has expanded leases with existing tenants at two properties. The office owner has signed lease deals with Kajabi, Hyperice, WeWork and Pacific Rim Capital totaling 194,000 square feet at Spectrum Terrace or Discovery Park in Irvine.

Spectrum Terrace or Discovery Park opened this summer. Spectrum Terrace features a wide range of amenities, including onsite dining, gourmet coffee bar and wine-and-beer taps, to an indoor/outdoor common area with AV, flatscreen TVs and plush seating around fire pits as well as an event and conference facility.

Discovery Park features onsite dining, three KINETIC fitness centers and 10 Common spaces.
