Marble and Stone Firm Leases 94,000 SF in Pompano Beach

The deal, reported by Cushman & Wakefield, will allow Marble of the World, a division of The Stone Collection, LLC, to have the new Broward County facility join the firm’s American Society of Interior Designers award-winning showrooms in Arizona, Texas, Utah and Florida.

POMPANO BEACH, FL—Marble of the World has signed a 94,261-square-foot industrial lease at Pompano Business Center II here, becoming the first tenant at the newly-built property, for a new product warehouse and showroom facility.

The deal, reported by Cushman & Wakefield, will allow Marble of the World, a division of The Stone Collection, LLC, to have the new Broward County facility join the firm’s American Society of Interior Designers award-winning showrooms in Arizona, Texas, Utah and Florida. The new facility will bolster the brand’s reputation as one of the nation’s largest and most diverse suppliers of natural stone slabs.
