ENGIE North America Inc. has completed a lease for 110,000 square feet at Four Oaks Place.
HOUSTON—ENGIE North America Inc. has leased approximately 110,000 square feet at 1360 Post Oak Blvd. in Houston’s Four Oaks Place. The company plans to relocate its North American headquarters to occupy floors four through nine beginning December 2019 from nearby 1990 Post Oak Blvd.
The complex three-party transaction involved another corporation giving up leased space that was no longer needed to make the square footage available for ENGIE North America.
JLL’s Louis Rosenthal and Bruce Rutherford represented ENGIE North America in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield’s Morgan Relyea and Tim Relyea represented the lessee. Transwestern Commercial Services’ Eric Anderson, David Baker and Tyler Garrett are providing office leasing services on behalf of the landlord, a joint venture between Nuveen Real Estate and Allianz.
