Prologis has acquired a rare 11.2-acre industrial site in Commerce. The property has an 85,000-square-foot industrial property and offers the long-term opportunity for flexible building design and multiple uses.

Located at 2420 Yates Avenue, the property is an unusual low-coverage industrial site. Prologis purchased the property in an off-market deal.

Jon Reno, Trevor Gale, Mark Vanis, and Connor Ulf of Kidder Matthews represented Prologis in the transaction.
