New York-based Innovatus Capital Partners has acquired Waypoint, a class-A office property in Mesa, Arizona, for $107.6 million from a joint venture between Harvard Investments and Lincoln Property Co.

The property is 426,951 square feet, and it is 98% leased to tenants including Cognizant, Verra Mobility, Mitel, Beazer Homes.

Barry Gabel, Chris Marchildon and Will Mast of CBRE in Phoenix represented the sellers and building developers.
