Multifamily developer Fore Property opens two new apartment buildings, expanding its presence in Southern California. The developer opened Arte in Rancho Cucamonga and Las Positas in Camarillo.
The two properties are a return to the Southern California market for the developer and total 395 units. Arte is a 182-unit complex, while Las Positas has 213 units.
The developer has two other properties under construction, a 330-unit project in Oxnard and a 302-unit project in Monrovia.
