Irvine, CAMultifamilydeveloper Fore Property opens two new apartmentbuildings, expanding its presence in Southern California. Thedeveloper opened Arte in Rancho Cucamonga and Las Positas inCamarillo.

The two properties are a return to the Southern Californiamarket for the developer and total 395 units. Arte is a 182-unitcomplex, while Las Positas has 213 units.

The developer has two other properties under construction, a330-unit project in Oxnard and a 302-unit project in Monrovia.
