Plastics Manufacturer Signs 32K Lease Deal in Saddle Brook

SADDLE BROOK, NJ—Leco Plastics, Inc., a manufacturer of cable ties, nylon ties, plastic ties, zip ties and plastic handles, has signed a 31,550-square-foot industrial lease deal at 421 Midland Ave. here.

The transaction was announced by NAI James E, Hanson. The firm’s Steven Leitner, CCIM, and Scott Perkins, SIOR, represented the owner, Wilbur ’96, LLC, in the exclusive transaction.

Established in 1946, Leco Plastics is operated by second and third generation management and provides high-quality products and services to customers in need of reliable, precision manufactured plastic items.

421 Midland’s location near Route 80 and the Garden State Parkway provides Leco Plastics with accessibility to its customers, NAI James E. Hanson says. The building’s 5,000 square feet of office space, ample parking for 33 cars, 20-foot ceiling height, and three tailgates, makes the space perfectly suited for Leco’s manufacturing and distribution needs, they add.
