SUGAR LAND, TX—Town Center Medical, a class-A building totaling 29,903 square feet at 16545 Southwest Freeway, recently sold. The property is directly across from Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital, a 319-bed general acute care hospital specializing in cardiology, oncology, sports medicine and women's care.
Eric Johnson, Robby Winston, Lisa Bovermann and Brooks Creech of Transwestern Commercial Services healthcare advisory services group represented the seller. The price was undisclosed.
