Armstrong Enters Utah With Latest Buy

The investment firm buys Parkway Village, a 102,000-square-foot retail center in Provo.

Armstrong Capital Development has acquired Parkway Village, a 102,000-square-foot retail center in Provo, Utah. Armstrong bought the property from Nearon Enterprises. This is its first acquisition in the market.

The retail center is 94% leased an anchored by a Walmart, which serves as one of the few grocery stores in the market.
