New York-based Dalan Management has acquiredthe Vue Apartment Homes in San Bernardino for $37.4 million. It isa 197-unit property.


Located at 1660 W. Kendall Drive and built in 1988, The VueApartment Homes features five different floor plans that range from800 to 1030 square-feet. Amenities include a pool, sundeck,business & student center, volleyball court, playground,fitness center, package receiving system and intercom-controlledentrance.


Stew Weston, Dean Zander andJohn Montakab of CBRE representedthe seller, FPA Multifamily, an Irvine-based realestate investment firm.
