ROCKAWAY, NJ—The Silverman Group has sold a 10-acre,six-building industrial complex here at 114 Beach St. to SholomDavidowits' Davco Group of New York City.

The deal marks the second industrial complex Davco Group hasadded to its real estate holdings, according to Cushman &Wakefield.
