Agora Realty Converts Office to Medical Office

The investor has acquired a former Chase Bank with plans to reposition the asset as a medical office space.

Agora Realty has acquired a 16,200-square-foot office property in Thousand Oaks, formerly occupied by a Chase Bank. The investor plans to convert the property into a single-tenant medical office space.

Agora purchased the property for $6.4 million. It plans to remodel the building including an enhancement of the parking lot with new asphalt and striping, new LED parking lot lights, along with a full remodel of the interior.

Agora has already secured a medical office tenant for the property.
